Terms of use

We're not open yet. These pages are published so you can read the rules before we launch. There is nothing to pay today.

These terms cover your use of this website and the app it serves. Please read them before you use the site. By using it, you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

The service is delivered by three entities, each with a distinct role:

  • SiteTicket Ltd, trading as SiteTicket, the GQA-approved delivery centre. It delivers the qualifications and card services, holds the centre approval, and is the seller of the courses, tests and cards you buy on this site.
  • SkillCertify Ltd, the UK platform company. It processes the platform fee applied to payments taken through the platform.
  • SkillCertify Platform LLC (Formation No. 2539013), the software provider that operates the platform this service runs on.

Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean SiteTicket.

2. What this site is

This site describes qualifications and CSCS cards delivered by SiteTicket as a GQA-approved centre. It is where you apply, enrol and pay for them.

3. Services and products

You can apply and pay for courses, tests and cards on this website. What you buy, what it costs, and how to cancel or get a refund are set out on the product page, the price list, and the cancellations and refunds policy. Paying creates a contract for that product with SiteTicket Ltd.

Our complaints procedure and appeals policy apply to the qualifications we deliver.

4. Your contact details

If you give us your email address or phone number, we use them to run your application and to send the messages you asked for. We will not pass them to anyone else for their own marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by emailing hello@siteticket.co.uk. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

5. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
  • Try to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you have not been given access to.
  • Submit anyone else's personal details, including their email address, without their permission.
  • Copy, scrape or republish the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Qualifications, tests and cards

Qualifications are awarded by the awarding organisation, GQA Qualifications, not by us. Your card is issued by GQA (a CSCS partner) and carries the CSCS logo; we apply for it for you. CSCS Ltd itself does not issue it. We deliver and assess as an approved centre and submit to those bodies on your behalf; we do not control their rules, fees or decisions, and we cannot guarantee an outcome that is theirs to make.

Official tests are marked automatically against the awarding organisation's answer key. Centre staff oversee test conditions and investigate concerns. A qualified assessor decides whether NVQ evidence meets the criteria, and GQA Qualifications awards the qualification. Software checks can support an assessor, but do not make the NVQ assessment decision.

Course content, timescales and card descriptions on this site are given in good faith as a guide. Awarding body and CSCS requirements can change, and where they do, those requirements govern.

7. Our content

The text, images, video, software and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.

GQA and CSCS names, logos and card designs belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the qualifications and cards concerned.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do it for information. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
