Safeguarding and Prevent

SiteTicket aims to protect learners and staff from harm. This policy also explains how we respond to concerns that someone may be drawn into terrorism (Prevent).

1. Get help or report a concern

If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999. To report a concern to us, email:

We pass safeguarding concerns to the safeguarding lead within 24 hours.

2. What we will do

We will take every report seriously, keep it confidential to those who need to know, and follow our safeguarding procedures. Where required we will refer to the local authority or the police. Concerns about extremism may be passed to the government’s Channel programme.

3. Other ways to raise a concern

A service complaint that is not a safeguarding concern uses complaints. A concern about assessment integrity that you cannot raise with the people involved uses whistleblowing.
