Safeguarding and Prevent

Last updated: August 2026

SiteTicket has a duty to protect learners and staff from harm, and to have due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism (the Prevent duty). This is the published face of ST-POL-11.

1. Who to contact

The Designated Safeguarding Lead is the Head of Centre.

Report an allegation to the DSL within 24 hours of it being made.

2. What we will do

We will take every report seriously, keep it confidential to those who need to know, and follow the centre safeguarding procedures (ST-FRM-11). Where required we will refer to the local authority or the police. Prevent concerns may be referred through Channel.

3. Other routes

A service complaint that is not a safeguarding concern uses complaints. A concern about assessment integrity that you cannot raise with the people involved uses whistleblowing.

Who we are

This policy is operated by SiteTicket Ltd, trading as SiteTicket. The full centre file is listed at /policies.
