SiteTicket Ltd is a GQA-approved centre, not an awarding organisation. GQA is audited by Ofqual against the General Conditions of Recognition. This page is how SiteTicket on the SkillCertify platform helps GQA evidence those Conditions. Certificates remain GQA’s.

The three Conditions this map exists to answer

  • C2 — Arrangements with centres. Written GQA273 agreement, published complaints and appeals, evidence retained so the awarding body can scrutinise centre marking, equalities in delivery.
  • A8 — Malpractice and maladministration. Live invigilation, integrity flags, human investigation. Nothing is reported to GQA automatically.
  • H2 — Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny. A named assessor decides. An IQA may sample. They cannot sample their own work. Software may draft a note. See how assessment decisions are made.

What this is not

  • A claim that SiteTicket Ltd or SkillCertify Ltd is recognised by Ofqual.
  • A replacement for GQA’s own CASS strategy.
  • A claim that AI marking is “consistent application of criteria”. Consistency is the human using the same rubric.
