Recognition. SiteTicket Ltd is the centre. SkillCertify is the
platform. GQA remains the awarding organisation. Condition titles

H2 — Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (centre-marked evidence)
H2 applies to Engine C (NVQ / competence), not to official GQA
knowledge tests. Those are GQA’s assessments, sat under AOP-026.

Every competence decision is a named assessor, a timestamp, and
the evidence they saw.

AI pre-mark is stored as proposed on append-only
ai_runs. An EQA can see what the machine said and
what the human did.

Rubrics live in the qualification library. ReadyCheck blocks
submit until required artefacts exist.

IQA samples. IQA cannot sample their own assessments. The
platform will not silently rewrite a decided row.
